It was a while back already..... I took C for a EEG..... it was hard. To treat myself and C, we went to Nihonbashi (日本橋）'s Takashimaya （高島屋）'s le cafe de Joel Robouchon for afternoon tea.
Yes, the presentation was very fancy but I still prefer the orthodox fluffy scones with jam and cream, open sandwiches, etc.....
