Celeriac Salad and Potato Salad.
Both were very decent.
The dinner rolls were superb!
I love pork belly..... The fatty layers are just the type of meat I always crave for! (Forget about cholesterol once in a while).
White liver pate and Canelé. Canelé was served steamy hot! Watch out and don't burn your tongue!
I got to order this Ishigakijima Island (石垣島） Ginger Ale on-line! Great stuff! Encore!
