I haven't posted my home cooking pictures for a while already. It was largely due to the shock from the 3.11 quake which subsequently renamed as Higashi Nihon Daishinsai ( 東日本大震災）.
Now, Tokyo is back to its previous state, I am going to move forward with my life and continue to support Japan by "spending money"!!!!! Largely on FOOD, of course!

It was March 3rd that I always celebrate Hinamatsuri (Girl's day) with my girls.
I made the "usual" ちらしずし （Chirashizushi) for them.
Together with the clam clear soup.
Finished with the Hinamatusri sweets （桜餅＆雛あられ）.
Since it was the rapeseed flower season (菜の花 Nanohana ), I made this cold appetizer as a salad. Nanohana with shabu shabu kurobuta 黒豚 and drizzled with homemade sesame dressing.
Last year's Hinamatsuri was like this. What should I make next year?
