Last Friday was such a steamy hot day.
Thank goodness that I still got some plum juice that I made last year. I made this plum soda with Wilkinson Soda that I had NO IDEA where I got this bottle of nostalgic classics! Anyway, it was a delicious thirst quenching drink!
My 2010 plum juice tasted richer in body, deeper is taste after a year of maturation. Gosh.... I can't let anyone taste it! I am too selfish that I will keep it ALL to myself.... (just kidding.... I should pack a bottle home next time.)
I must order my Nankou Plums (南高梅 Nankouume）, a Wakayama Prefecture (和歌山県) specialty SOON, as the good and cheap ones run out very quickly. Nankou Plums can be considred as a "branded" plum now because it is said to be of best quality plums in Japan.
